THE IDEA
Founded in 1996, our partnership provides a new type of research service. We are dedicated to provide in depth studies on all matters related to legal practice and law in action, with particular emphasis on international and procedural aspects.Our services are directed especially at ministries, political parties, initiatives and interest groups, non-governmental organizations and international or supra-national bodies but may also be called upon to provide expert evidence in court proceedings. We are independent, neutral and non-aligned and our studies are the basis for the development of both legal and political initiatives.
